India's Deepika Kumari defeated Germany's Lisa Unruh after a shoot-off which was necessitated by the end of five sets that tied at 5-5. Kumari and Unruh both shot 9 but Kumari won bronze because her arrow was closer to the centre. Kumari, with four World Cup silver medals, played without a coach for the first time.
