Concluding its year-long hearing into the matter which was delayed because of the Covid-19 pandemic and the subsequent suspension of its activities by NADA due to the lockdown, the disciplinary panel found Satnam Singh Bhamara guilty of not exercising due caution "in verifying the composition of the supplement he was consuming".
